The Licker was a fiend from Planet Earth who liked to lick the windows of his victims, driving them mad before breaking in and slaying in cold blood. He enjoys the taste of blood, claiming it is the only thing he can truly taste. The Licker ended up in Hallowdaze Prison when he tried to murder a ghoul visiting Planet Earth. This ended up with the ghoul apprehending The Licker and punishing him with ultimate torture and exposure to the horrors of the world! After the series of torturous events, he brought The Licker to Planet Hallowdaze to rot in our prison forever!
