He has no limbs or any means to attack with his body, but his mind is powerful enough to move himself and to instantly crush the organs of his opponents. He has finally captured afters years of fear when he was caught interfering with communicatins systems, which the police were able to use to incriminate and track him down. Brisbane is responsible for various outbreaks of plague, violent mobs, and mass poisoning throughout his lifespan.
